Mohamed Farhat, M.D., earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago, and his medical degree from Chicago Medical School of Health and Science in Chicago. Dr. Farhat served his residency in internal medicine, and his hematology and medical oncology fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Farhat currently serves as Chairman of Medicine and is the Director of Oncology Services at Franciscan Saint Anthony Medical Center in Crown Point, Indiana.

Dr. Farhat is an assistant professor at Rush University Medical Center. He has published several articles, and is board certified in internal medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology.
